Code they sent did not work so i issued a refund, there reply was "In order to claim a full refund or replacement for your problem key, we need you to contact Xbox Live support and ask them for the problem with the code, and send the screenshot of the conversation you had with their web-chat to us."
this was already after screening multiple images iof the code not working for a refund
