I bought a game that was supposed to give me access to the open dev beta if the description was anything to go by. Full instruction on the webpage. But upon paying I could not access the key. I contacted customer service, and nothing for a few days. When I finally got a reply, they said "we see that your problem has been resolved". So I put them straight and explain again, nothing. I start a new customer service email and I wait a few days, they refund me, but only to my store balance. Great, so now what? I still don't get what I wanted, and there was no explanation of what I asked about, no warning of what they were planning. Nothing. Useless.
