The key was wrong I reported that and they answered me on 27/04: Thanks so much for your co-operation, I've gathered all the evidence and have now opened a complaint case with our supplier and forwarded all the information, and I will get back to you shortly with a solution.

I estimate that this case will be resolved within 12 hours but sometimes it can take 1-2 days to resolve the issue if it is a particularly complicated case.
