I have purchased a cd key on an account I had purchased before. I was asked by automated message to provide documents due to being flagged as fraud if I fail to do so the purchase will be automatically refunded. I could not provide these documents nor I had the will to wait for it all to be validated so I decided that I will wait for the refund and write a ticket saying I would like a refund as I purchased the game elsewhere. I have then received an email saying that my order was approved without these requested documents. I have asked for a refund and they have stopped replying. I have not collected the key from their auto collect service. They have also broken their own CANCELLATION POLICY as I have requested the refund before the item was send out and it was send out without the verification they asked about.
