Sadly, I have experienced the worst service ever... I ordered the software, tried to download it and it did not work. I contacted them, they firstly took 2 weeks to eventually reply to my numerous emails. They then promised to refund my once they resold the the product key. I did not hear back for a long time, so I emailed them again. They said they sold the key and would refund me. I have been since for months trying to get my refund back, but now they ignore me and said they can not give me a refund cause Paypal does not accept refunds after a certain period. THEY DELAYED PAYING ME BACK!!!! I would definately NOT recommend them to anyone. BECAREFUL WHAT YOU PURCHASE, WETHER IS WORKS OR NOT YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!
