While I eventually received my order, there was a number of issues over the confirmation of payment. Emails were not answered for 2 to 3 days or more. The issue was down to a glitch in the system which would not let me input my payment confirmation but even though I explain this to them, it took weeks to resolve. Product is first class as is the price. Would I use them again...probably.
