I purchased both Microsoft Office 2019 PRO and Visio 2019 PRO and never succeeded to activate Visio once Office was active. The support team repeatedly requested an error code but there was none. Once you entered the key and click on the Activate button, there was nothing really happening except that it went back to the no licence key active. I even have recorded the sequence three times in a row, but the support team still is asking for an error code in order to do a refund, which I do not want, but a working solution instead. I have also asked every time, if I should uninstall Office and then install Visio first but never got a reply on this. it really looks like the support is a robot and no email is answered by real human who can read.
