Purchased a license for office 356 some weeks ago ago, worked fine on iPad. Tried to use it some days ago on my pc: INVALID ACCOUNT. Tried many times and carefully. I've filled two times the ticket for issues, Thursday and Sunday, not even a confirmation. I decided to use the contact form, than at least the automatic confirmation has arrived, but still no answer or help from a real person and no solving. It's already 5 days without any answer. I'm a patient person but this seems to me nothing to trust.
