I bought Planet zoo premium edition and they provided me with 3 codes which was for 1 game and 2 expansions which premium edition comes with 5 expansions so 6 codes. I complained and went into great deal and reply I got was that they sent me all codes. I then messaged them back and they didn't reply. Had to go through paypal to get a partial refund. I am sure plenty of people have got there product and the site isnt meant to be a con but the incompetence/non existence of customer will meant I shall not buy from them again and if you are going to buy ensure that its going to be a single code and not be a complete edition because it will be far from complete.
