Slow and a real hassle to get your money back. Ordered a game from them because I had a few free hours to spend. Their system didn't work and I got the "There is a temporary problem with our Autokey system - please try to collect again and the key should appear within the next 12 hours. We apologise for the delay!" error message. Tried for about half an hour until I just gave up and bough the game somewhere else, otherwise I would have wasted the little free time I had. Asked CJS to please cancel the order and refund me. After a bit of back and forth they got me store credit. Really? Why would I want to use your service again considering it's this slow for the age of digital gaming. Waiting for a response about the refund to my original payment method as we speak, but they sure are taking their time. So I decided to click on one of the 11 emails asking for me to review the experience so here I am. Not recommend using their service.
