First order failed with errors when paying with PayPal. Put through a different order using a different payment method (which are all not great options/options I hadn't heard of before) using bank transfer instead; took a little while to verify, but keys received and worked without issue. Later received a message that the PayPal payment had in fact gone through, and they applied it to my account as store credit instead of just returning it (seeing as it wasn't actually associated with any orders due to system error). Have requested a refund on the failed order, but waiting to hear back. Responses seem to be within 24 hours, but not 'minutes' as suggested elsewhere. Overall, received the product I wanted; but not a very fluid customer experience.
