The over-complicated authentication process is kind of excessive.
The cd-keys for pre-orders are actually delivered on the day of release (or slightly earlier), not immediately after payment like advertised on their product page (you need to fix that paragraph).
That said, it's a professional and reliable website with no additional issues. I am sufficiently satisfied with my purchase.
