Let me start off this review by premising that this was my first time ordering from here. When I placed the order, I was under the assumption that you pay for it, then they send you the code, bish-bash-bosh, and you're done. To my surprise it wasn't. Apparently I needed to go through some extra verification steps which meant communicating with the team to provide identification for them to verify I am who I say I am, and that no fraudulent activity was afoot. While this is great that they are protecting people from this kind of activity, it would have been nice to have made it so the customer verified before purchase so people aren't waiting around for 2 hours before being told they need to go through this. After this verification had been completed, I still had to wait another 2 hours before the key was even available, as it said it wasn't currently in stock on the AutoKey page, even though on the product page it was still showing 10+ in stock. Needless to say, the process of buying something for the first time at least is a bit of a pain. But hopefully now I have verification and whatnot all completed on my account now, it will be a lot smoother on any subsequent purchases.
