Just an awful website. I was attracted by the price of the Microsoft office software. I followed all instructions and I was told by Microsoft that the code given was not valid and they did not recognise it. I was given a second code and the same thing happened. Not recognised. I have now contacted CJS for a refund as I went elsewhere to buy the software as there codes were faulty. All I’ve been met with from them is automated replies sending me instructions (I’ve already read, and followed and it still didn’t work). I’ve had to take this further with my bank and with Microsoft who believe this is fraudulent and have given me a reference number in order to keep updated with this claim. Don’t be drawn in by the price. “In my case it was to good to be true” :( I have still not received a refund after multiple messages over 2 weeks.
