My code was invalid, so I filled out the form for a replacement key. They said they would get back to me within a few hours but they did not respond for 2 days and only asked if I was absolutely sure I was using the correct version of Windows for the key, which I had already answered in the initial form. Customer service is slow and so far has not been helpful. I responded that yes, I was sure, with the same screenshot that I had initially attached that showed I was using the correct version and have not heard back for over a day from them again. I will update review if I get better help.
