Found the game I wanted at a favourable price. The money was taken but one day later I have still have not received a key. Have sent numerous emails to the company asking for help with this issue but all I have received in return were the automatic answers you get acknowledging your email and telling you the matter is with their support team. Not happy to say the least. Occasional issues I have experienced with other companies I have purchased game keys from were always resolved within a few hours at the very most. Never did I have to wait this long. I wish this company were as quick to assist me as they were to take my money. Maybe this is a one off. I certainly hope so, but I will think twice before using them again.
