I'm totally confused how to use the MS office key that I purchased and would like to see simple instructions how to download set it up and use it. Is it purely a web connection each time or do you have to download the application. A previous version my son had was a download which was a lot easier for a pensioner to understand. I want to use MS office but to be honest I keep away from this application because I find I get confused. I would like my money back but all I am offered is credit against the account which I doubt I will ever use again. If I am helped I may change my view.
