Bought Ark EU version as I'm in UK as have always had to... Couldn't redeem as not available in my region. Then purchased "Region Free" version of same game.... Same result. Support said the Region Free version nor the EU version are available in UK 🤔🤬. This was just trying to get the keys, the first step. Too many hoops to jump through for refund so wrote it off to bad experience.
