I bought a windows 10 pro key which was never fulfilled even though it was paid for. At this point i have been waiting over 2 months and have contacted customer services on at least 7 different occasions asking then to chase my order up, until the previous 3 times where i straight up asked for a full refund as it was clear they had no intention fulfilling my order. When i asked for a refund i still didnt get one even after providing proof that it was paid for, i just kept getting the mostly scripted generic response from the terrible customer service agent. I ended up having to take a chance and pay again for the same thing, which was fulfilled immediately. DO NOT use this website as they clearly are okay with scamming customers wether intentional or not. Also there is no way to elevate your complaint to a manager or supervisor so if you do have an issue then hopefully your agent cares enough to actually TRY and find out what happened to your order or else you may aswell just forget about getting any help whatsoever. Also i couldnt call as i have to phone a US number from the UK which the call itself would be a significant portion of the order price with no guarantee it would solve anything. Honestly ive never had an issue with this site before until this and the experience has fully put me off ever using this service again or recommending it to anyone, id give this review 0 stars if i could.
