False advertisement. On the website it says unused, brand new product(office 2016) activation key. But when you try to use the key, you have an error message saying this product activation key has reached its maximum number of use. Then they recommend you to use a trick to activate it which I doubt that it's even legal. The company refused a refund. Now I am going through Paypal to get my refund. (When I move forward in this review I see some funny questions as How easy was it to get a refund? and How many days did the refund take?. In the answers they forgot to add options like "I was never able to get my refund".)
