Bought a DLC to a game.
Unfortunately, there was some kind of issue and I had to go through anti-fraud verification (had to sent them 2 forms of ID to confirm name and address). I got an email after an hour and a half (not too bad considering it's nearly 12 at night). They confirmed that the order was authorized and I received my key no problem.
Of course, I support their anti-fraud measures but it was a bit of a pain to have to go through that process.
Either way, overall very good experience.
