They seem very supportive and seems like they "care" but i dont think they do at all. Bought a key it said region free but when i tried to redeem it, it was only eu. Its been more than 10 days now waiting for a reply from their support. They told me not to leave a bad review but its been too long and my patience has run out. Seems like they dont care about their customers.
currently tempted to call up my bank and get a refund.
