After a difficult process of multiple verifications including mobile and 3DS verifications I finally managed to get charged for a purchase. I purchased 5000 Crowns for ESO which ended up being 5000 crowns someone can only gift me stuff from the store rather than the in-game currency itself. After I ignored it I wrote down what I wanted from the store and rounded it up to 5000 crowns... But after 2 days I still haven't received the items and CJS CD keys support still hasn't responded to my refund request. Definitely would not recommend it.
