One of the keys was out of stock - I dutifully waited 12 hours as requested, then raised a ticket, and I got a response OVER FOUR days afterwards. I got the key about 48 hours after purchase, but by that time had already bought it somewhere else so have wasted my money. Every other shop I've tried has people who respond within 24 hours and actually help - CJS might have a decent selection of keys, but they don't help when something goes wrong, so I can't recommend them to anyone. What they can do is spam you with requests to rate/review them - I've had multiple each day since before they gave me the key, so make sure to unsubscribe from everything you can, if you do risk buying from them.
