Ordered a key for Dead by Daylight with some DLC add-ons, received a key that only unlocked the original game. 5 days so far and no help. Customer service gave the 'your case is a priority' response 4 days ago and even their Twitter has said they've forwarded my info. I've had to put in a Paypal dispute which can take a whole month to resolve. If you want a game for cheap and are willing to risk not being able to play it, or having to spend time chasing them if things go wrong then go for it but for the sake of a few quid, after my experience I am steering clear of them.
