Ordered a game from them and had their website state that the order hadn't gone through. Checked there collection page and Paypal and there was nothing there so I ordered again yet upon collection both ordered had now been processed and thus were my complain beings. Tried to get a refund but after waiting 48 hours between each interaction they went back to there first canned response that they will offer a "goodwill gesture" and put it back into the sale pool thinking that the customer should trust them to actually honour what they have said even though they have zero knowledge of when or if the keys have been resold. There are plenty of shoddy CDKey companies out there and this is definitely one of them.
