After 3 responses back from support and 3 days, I was able to access the webpage to get my product key for Visual Studio. The support response was generic, and they wouldn't send the key to my email even though I provided a screenshot of the transaction clearing my bank account. The product key didn't work. I'm not happy with this experience. The secret to making money is to make customers happy and to be accurate when processing orders. I might try this company again sometime, or I might recommend another company to buy keys.
