The After Sales Service is pathetic. I purchased a Microsoft Office 365 LIFETIME License for 5 DEVICES. Within six months of purchase I encountered a 'Invalid / Code not found'. I complained and the original key was replaced immediately with an apology. another six months and I have encountered the same error. and when i filed a complain, I am told 'Orders older that 1 year are not supported'. Repeated request for assistance are met with Copy pasted response. If you only support orders up to 1 year, why sell Lifetime License?
