Quite possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with. I bought a xbox ultimately key from them after reading their warranty about no key the cash back. It should have been delivered same day. 3 days later i received an email apologising that theybwere out of stock. 3 days later got code. Entered it into my microsoft account it did not work. Another email 3 days later full of apologise and a link to my microsoft account instructing me to use the code here. Didnt work again. Another email responded to 3 days later. After many exact same emails and me requesting the return of my cash i received a groveling email telling me how important i am and requesting me too not leave negative feedback they were working on it i got another email with link to my account telling me to use it there. More emails more answers 3 days later. I received an email blaming their supplier. Promises to get me a working code or theyll return my cash. 3 days later email saying its sorted and link to my microsoft account telling me to use it there. Didnt work. Again. So i logged onto paypal and started to submit a claim. CjS have a long bit of blurb for you to read wich basicly threatens that should you make a claim with paypal then you lose all rights to and help from CJS. They will not respond and let it take as long as possible for the claim to progress. You could not get a more blatant disregard for customers. Please please please Dont risk your cash. It looks like if you get a working code your fine. But If its faulty your stuffed. You lose your money. Hopefully ill be able update you in future but i doubt this review will make it. Spend your cash with CD keys not CJSCDKeys. They are not the same company
