Ordered a game, recieved the option to collect the game, click it, get an error saying the game is not available, make a ticket, wait 3 days for a response and can't play the game till then, after 3 days no response (!!!), asked for a refund and bought it somewhere else. Terrible! No idea how they got 4½ Stars?
