Placed order 20 hours ago. Submitted payment twice $80 total, email was sent to me stating that first payment was unsuccessful, sent funds again, found out first payment went through. Order still says Awaiting Payment. No reply to my support email. Nobody answers the phone during business hours, left several messages. Support site states, replies to support email within 1 hour...not true. I am now out $80 bucks with no way to reach this company to get what i ordered which I paid twice for.
