Website promises instant delivery of key. If 3 and a half days is instant, then yes, this company delivered the key instantly. Additionally, their customer service is almost non-existent. They did not respond to my queries for 3 days. I didn't even get an initial email to acknowledge my purchase was being processed. Then after 4 days of my queries being ignored, four emails came through from them all at once, comprising the initial acknowledgement I should have received 3.5 days earlier, an email telling me how to collect my key, an email reminding me I had not collected my key and finally an email confirming my PayPal payment was successful. Why send a reminder email when no previous emails had been sent? They obviously have serious issues with their automated email system. I can accept delays occur but I cannot accept being ignored for 4 days with no communication to explain why a delay was occurring and how/when it could potentially be rectified. It is frustrating and downright rude, so I will not use this company again. I'll leave others to decide whether they want to the same.
