Untrained incompetent staff that can't complete the simplest tasks.
They take your money and do not allow you access to the code.
They DO NOT email you the code, they email you an invoice which you have to manually pay. They then require a payment reference (IF YOU DONT HAVE PAYPAL YOU CANT PAY DIRECTLY) in order for you to access the code. Even after sending the payment, proof of payment and multiple emails over an entire week, the customer service team still refuse to refund/complete the order.
