Bought a game and i was expecting a CD key. Instead i was redirected to a website that asked for my steam credentials in order for a Bot to send me a gift. That was not what they advertised in the game page. Had i known i wouldn't have purchased. Besides that i sent a ticket asking for a refund. 2 days passed and still no answer from them. Very bad customer support.
