Ordered a game key that is claimed to be purchasable globally, but they won't actually deliver me the key because they insist on violating Steam's Terms of Service and sell me a gifted key, but the second hoop they want me to jump through to get it, which is picking what country my Steam Store is in does not list USA in the options, so I can't pick my local store and they won't deliver me my key. I immediately tried to call their tech support, which according to the recording I got is not available and time I've called but instead is an answering machine. I created tickets for a refund or a working key I can use 20 hours ago and have still heard nothing from them, making their claim of speedy customer service a lie as well.... Not happy, and if I don't get my refund or a working key soon, I will be going to Paypal about their failure to deliver. Whether I get the key or my money back at this point does not matter in terms of this review. They get one star if I get my key and I'd rate them lower than I'm allowed and give them 0 stars if I have to get Paypal to give me my refund. Never doing business with them again after this experience. Also, they are boosting their ratings at sites like this by offering chances to win free games with 5 star reviews.
