It's a good service, I bought MS Office Home & Student 2019 and it's now installed. I would suggest the delivery process is significantly improved however. I had 2 problems: 1) To log in (you'll be sent the link) you'll need to input your email and password. What password? I had no idea. I had to generate a new password (i.e. "Forgot Password" link under the email box) and then I was in. It wasn't clear at all though. I also emailed about this and didn't get a response to my question. 2) The serial key, where is it? When you log in, under all the download links, at the bottom of that list, you'll be see the serial key in very small letters. That's it. It is a credible service though, they're a genuine OEM reseller & I think my Office cost around €26 vs. €115-130 new, so definately worth the effort. But I had nearly given up before I finally got in and found my keys (I tried sorting this out on 3 occasions). Overall I recommend though, 'cause if you've read this then you won't have any probs getting your keys now! RRT Ireland
