Bought a Key, marked with several languages. Got a key with English/RUS only. Asked for a refund. They answered, that the key said "DE" but unfortunately they wont refund. Key is STILL avail like this! They did not even remove it.
Marked "Very Hard" @ "How easy was it to get a refund?" and "Over 14 Days" @ How many days did the refund take? down below this questioneaire. But i did not get a refund at all, and they still offer the "wrong" language Key.
