When attempting to redeem an Xbox Live 12 month gold code it had "already been redeemed". CJS CD Keys refused to give me a refund unless I sent them screenshots of my Microsoft billing information and payment details. I did not agree to this - being scammed and robbed by this company once was enough for me! It is much better to pay full price and buy from a reputable company than compromise your bank account security for the sake of saving a few pounds.
