My first order went through ok - eventually - but was a lot of hastle trying to get through the fraud verification using my phone. The site is quite complicated to use. I then tried to order another game and it got stuck in verification permanently. Never got any verification texts on my phone and never got the game code, and have to now wait for it to automatically cancel in 4 days. No responses to any of my messages or emails. Pretty useless site tbh.
