I have purcahsed a LIFETIME subscription, yet after few months the key has expired and cannot use any of the programs.
When emailed to ask to be solved the reply was: "I'm really sorry but your order is too old, we only can offer a guarantee for up to 6 months.".
Maybe stop selling 'Lifetime' worth of subscriptions!
Waste of my time as it also took long for the team to reply!
