If I could give zero stars then I would, CJS CD Keys can keep blocking me all they want, but to reach out after being honest on their PPC campaign to save others from the same pain I went through then it shows you what sort of company these people run and the customer service they strive to give.
I ordered a Microsoft office 365 Lifetime 5 Devices PC & Mac key, the key worked for around 6 months and then it stopped. Having thought it was an issue with my license I tried again, having eliminated that issue it was onto support again. Once they finally responded I was provided another key, which again didn't work, having gone back to them no reply for a few months they finally responded stating that:
Hi There!
I am sorry. This order is too old.
We do not support order older than 1 year.
Thanks!
Now this product worked for around 6 months, it failed to work past this and the company took soo long to respond, they then conjured up an excuse of not supporting a "lifetime" product key and then didn't respond.
Having spotted a Facebook PPC campaign I simply stated my experience as I have here and they did reach out via FB Messenger, when trying to respond I was presented with a red exclamation mark as seen in the picture (attached), this indicates that CJS CD Keys has decided to block me and not honour any further communication due to the way they've treated me.
Having reviewed their FB page and campaigns they've removed all of my "truthful" comments which is not only unfair competition since my posts were genuine as well as honest, they've blocked me from making any further comments and all for what? Not wanting to just resolve the issue, after putting up another post on facebook it appears that several of my other friends are also having this issue.
BE WARNED OF THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND SIMPLY WILL BLOCK YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO CONTACT THEM.
