Reason 1) - literally had to wait a day to even see my key code, thought i got scammed. Reason 2) - when I DID get the key code it ended up invalid, I sent them the repeal to get another key code instead of a refund since they don't allow for refunds after you get a keycode, even not a working one (like I'm sorry what??). They e-mailed back saying they will review the appeal and get back to me in a couple hours. Never happened. Reason 3) - They had the nerve to send me an e-mail next morning to give them a 5-star rating. Utter horrible trash customer support
