I bought a lifetime M365 Office key licence for 5 devices. The keys suddenly stopped working after about 18 months - email address no longer recognized. I have tried to make contact with the company on multiple occasions. Received an initial response ("we can't help") and nothing further. Extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service. I am now left with a "lifetime licence" that doesn't work.
I would not recommend this company under any circumstances - they effectively took my money and ran for the hills. They don't care about customer service.
