Horrific service, I preordered a game and didn't get the key. After numerous emails over 5 days after the release date, I only got one response saying it was all fixed which it wasn't. Then when I filed a PayPal dispute they suddenly gave me my key and pretend like it was always available which it wasn't and I have screenshots with dates to prove this. Pay a little more and buy elsewhere.
