I ordered a game that's VPN activated, because I already had a successful order before and I thought this would work the same way.
Sadly the key I received had no information on it where to activate it from and it's region locked.
My requests for help are strictly ignored.
Customer service, what's the matter? It's been 5 days now since my first try to contact the customer support. But sadly nothing is happening.
