Purchased a license for Windows software and despite waiting 30 minutes, there is no key to collect. Message states:
"PendingFulfillment: This CD Key is currently Processing / is a Pre-order for a game that has not been released yet. (check release date on product page)."
When I pay immediately, I expect a key immediately and not to waste my time contacting your graveyard support team. I'm avoiding this company; there are far cheaper and more efficient alternatives for obtaining keys and licenses.
