I bought "InfraSpace", but they delivered "House Flipper - Luxury DLC", which is not what I ordered, and it's half the price. I obviously did not redeem it and contacted the support. Haven't heard from them for 4 days now.
I don't have access to the product I bought, and I lost my money.
As a seller delivering the wrong product and not reacting after that is not okay at all.
