Purchased a lifetime license for microsoft office from CJS CD keys, worked absolutely fine for 6 months. Within 3 days of this it stops working. The key has been removed. I contacted CJS CD keys and get a very generic response telling me that my order is older than 6 months and they won't do anything. I replied to ask for a little more information and they literally copy and pasted the first email. Not helpful at all. I feel as though I have been scammed, I bought something that is supposed to last for life, and it didn't even last a year. I have seen similar reviews so think this may be how they make their money. Customer service is terrible. They make you feel completely ignored. Very irritated. Will never buy from this company again at risk of it going wrong 6 months down the line.
