I placed an order 3 times because the website crashed and said order did not complete. Then all three orders where showing as being in-progress so I raised a support ticket to cancel two of them and keep the first one. Now, not only has my ticket been ignored for 48 hours but they've now taken the money out after I asked them not to!
Awful website and customer service (or lack thereof).
