I purchased a Ms Office key & on receiving approval was directed to their Autokey site to obtain the key. Autokey will start automatically to charge subscription fees. Therefore, I did not sign in & immediately requested that my order be cancelled and confirmation that I would not be billed by Autokey. Despite 3 emails, I have had no reply to confirm either. Buyer beware!!!!!
